Business Policy

We are committed to serve you with the best possible service and care that we can provide. Every product you order from us is guaranteed to be new and free of any known defects. To protect you, your Credit Card, personal details and email address are collected using an SSL secured server and are not visible to anyone except for Hebrew World. We never, under any circumstance, sell, rent or share your information with anyone. Your email will be used only to communicate with you regarding your order, providing product info, free items, special offers, and for updates / upgrades to your product(s).

Return Policy

 To return an item please call us within 10 days for an RA#. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Defective products will be replaced promptly.
If you return any item that is not defective, a store credit will be issued towards the purchase of another product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Electronic Items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be applied upon return.
No damaged goods will be accepted.

We made a great effort to describe each item with as much detail as possible, including screen shots, demos, and actual sound samples. This was done in order to allow you to make the right decision regarding what products you may want to purchase, especially software. As many companies do, we also view open software as used software , and as such, it can not be sold to another customer. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of used software unless it is defective.
 
Because of our lengthy description of products we enjoy an extremely low rate of returns (on many items we are proud to have zero returns for over 5 years). We would like you too to enjoy the product/s you purchase, so please take your time and view the details of the items you intend to buy before you place the order.
